Comments
If the toss is won I've found little evidence to support a decision to bowl. Tichborne seem to bat first if given the opportunity and teams who have decided to Bowl first have come out second best. 200 runs is an OK score with quite a few examples of games totaling 400 runs or more. Wickets do fall however with a number of teams being bowled out. Reports are that this is a very well looked after ground so this could be one of the best prepared tracks we play on this year.

Tichborne Park Cricket Club is one of the most picturesque grounds in Hampshire making it very popular for touring clubs. The club is based on its junior membership and many of the past juniors now occupy the senior first, second and third teams. This ground is home to the 1st XI & 2XI but with the club pavilion and bar located here all of the teams return herre after their respective games.
